Prishtina, 30 December 2013 - Kosovo remains concerned that the visa liberalization process is delayed even more, not because of not fulfilling the criteria but due to procedural and bureaucratic delays, and therefore deemed necessary that visa liberalization agenda given a priority, said Prime Minister, Hashim Thaçi.
Thaçi has made these comments at a meeting Monday for visa liberalization, noting that internal but also international organizations evaluations consider high progress achieved in the area of repatriation, reintegration, and security of documents.
He stressed that Kosovo in all of the roadmap blocks for visa liberalization has recorded significant progress assessed by expert fact-finding mission of the European Union, who have remained in Kosovo during the first week of December and who are already drafting a report that will share with us as soon as possible.
