Prishtina, 167 December 2013 – British Ambassador in Kosovo, Ian Cliff, gathered midday Monday, the political party leaders and ambassadors of the Quint countries to discuss electoral reform.

Party sources have indicated that the meeting, which took place without the presence of the media at the residence of Ambassador Ian Cliff in Prishtina, attended leaders and representatives of political parties, with the exception of the President of Self Determination Movement, Albin Kurti, who was not invited.

According to a post of Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, at the social network Facebook, political leaders agreed Kosovo have one constituency, the election campaign last 14 days, the threshold to enter the parliament for independent candidates to 2.5 percent, 5 percent to parties and 7.5 percent for electoral coalitions.
