Prishtina, 26 September 2013 - The Assembly of Kosovo, which has failed to finish the first two sessions of the plenary session of the autumn, will meet today in a regular session, to address issues pending from the previous two sessions, besides the government’s Commission report to privatize 75% of the shares of Post and Telecom of Kosovo, which was removed from the agenda.
The session will begin with two remained items of the session of 12 September, which was interrupted on September 19: Establishment of an ad hoc committee to review the applications regarding selection of members of the Board of RTK, and selecting a member of the Independent Media Commission.
In the continuation of the session, the draft law on ratification of the Articles of Agreement to establish the Development Bank of the Council of Europe and Kosovo’s membership in this bank will be reviewed.
In this session will be reviewed for the first time: Draft Law for foreign investment, Draft Law on Kosovo Institute for Public Administration, Draft Law on Amendments to the Law no. 03/L-222 on Tax Administration and Procedures, as amended and supplemented by Law nr.04/L-102 and Draft Law on electronic surveillance of persons, whose movement is restricted by court order, or parole panel.
