Sofia, 3 December 2013 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, during his official visit to Bulgaria, met with Bulgarian President, Rosen Plevneliev, Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski and heads of Bulgarian Parliament.
He received the support of the Bulgarian state for further European integration process of Kosovo. During the meeting, the Bulgarian president and Prime Minister have expressed to Minister Hoxhaj willingness of their state that Kosovo and Bulgaria next year have closer economic cooperation by organizing a joint forum.
Minister Enver Hoxhaj expressed gratitude to the people and Government of Kosovo for the support of the Bulgarian state provided to Kosovo. He also expressed the willingness of the Government of Kosovo to open a new chapter of cooperation in economy, trade, education, and culture, in the framework of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
