Prrishtina, 16 December 2013  - Undefined legal framework, frequent changes in legislation, lack of staff, the large number of cases and external influences were some of the challenges that have affected the effectiveness and efficiency of judicial and prosecutorial system.

So it was assessed on Monday at the roundtable “Reform of the justice system in Kosovo”, organized by the Institute for Justice and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, Hajredin Kuçi, said that Kosovo within justice system had undergone reforms in the postwar period, the UNMIK, EULEX and after independence and will have in the future.
