The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Gmbh as a federal enterprise supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. Because of its engagement in international education work around the globe today, the GIZ was bidding farewell to two young entrepreneurs of Kosovo who will travel to Germany by tomorrow. On the invitation of the Bonn International Summer School on responsible business – an initiative of the GIZ in collaboration with Ernst & Young – Ms. Annea Hapciu and Mr. Hekuran Murati will attend in Bonn, Germany a 3 day workshop.
Young entrepreneurs from all over the world will gather at Bonn to share their perspectives around the theme “acting sustainably, taking responsibility”.
For many years the German enterprise GIZ is fostering new talents of the business world to act responsible and try to achieve sustainability. The principles of responsible business are at the heart of GIZ’s advisory approach.
Therefore, the Bonn International Summer School has invited a number of renown speaker to the event who will share their experiences and knowledge they have gathered during their career path. Names like John G. Ruggie, Berthold Beitz Professor, Harvard Kennedy School (Cambridge, USA), Phil Clothier, CEO, Barrett Values Centre (Ashville, USA), Peter Bakker, President, World Business Council for Sustainable Development WBCSD (Geneva, Ch) and John Elkington, Founding Partner & Executive Chairman, Volans (London, UK) will try to enthuse the young entrepreneurs to act sustainably and to take responsibility.
