Prishtina, 21 October 2013 - Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, Edita Tahiri, stood on an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, from 15 October to 19 October 2013, where she held a series of meetings in the Bundestag and the German Government, and attended the Aspen Institute Conference and the seminar on Kosovo organized by the European Academy in Berlin.
In these diplomatic activities, Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri was accompanied by Dren Zeka, principal advisor, Gazmir Raci, political adviser and ambassador of Kosovo to Germany, Skender Xhakaliu.
On November 18, Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri was received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, where she met Dr. Emily Haber, State Secretary. At this meeting, Tahiri has highly assessed bilateral relations between the two countries and expressed gratitude for Germany’s contribution in all important stages of freedom, independence and state-building in Kosovo.
