Prishtina, 17 September 2013 – With or without privatization of Post and Telecom of Kosovo (PTK), the Government of Kosovo will be ready to execute all its priorities, including highway no. 6 and all other investments and capital projects, which have been in the midterm expenditure framework commensurate to forecasted plan, said on Tuesday the Minister of Finance on the occasion of the visit of the delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Kosovo.
He also noted that in the 2014, Kosovo will have a budgetary stability and there will be increase of payments, but did not indicate categories and when they will increase.
“Salaries will increase commensurate to promises and decisions taken by the government. When and how and in which category, you will be promptly notified”, said Beqaj. The delegation was visiting Kosovo to see the achievements of the Government of Kosovo in the context of the IMF program and budget for 2014.
