Prishtina, 6 December 2013 – Movement FOL (SPEAK) stated that the Procurement Review Body (PRB) has stumbled in his work during the period from August to November of this year, as 4 to 5 of the board members of this body expired mandate and this was the reason why a total of 160 complaints filed by various economic operators remained non reviewed.

The findings of this analysis FOL presented on Friday at a press conference, analysing the effect of the failure of the PRB during the period from August to November 2013.

Kenan Tora, Movement FOL, said that this report analysed the implementation of the Law on public procurement by contracting authorities, respectively public institutions of Kosovo by analysing the decisions made by the PRB, an institution that according to the Law on Public Procurement has the powers and responsibilities for reviewing and decision on cases of complaints regarding public procurement procedures.
